No Direct Air Quality Automation
I own a smart thermostat that monitors air quality, and I was hoping to create an automation where the purifier would turn on automatically when air quality dips. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to figure this out yet. It might be possible through IFTTT (If This, Then That), but I haven’t explored this in-depth. I have had a little bit of trouble reconnecting the air purifier to HomeKit after I have unplugged the device. I am not sure if it is a router problem or something else. If I delete the device from HomeKit and go into the offline devices on my router’s app and delete the air purifier it seems to allow me to add it back to HomeKit.
