We want you to love your Garden & Gadgets merchandise! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns under the following conditions:
Returns & Exchanges
Contact Us First: Before returning any items, please email us at GardenNGadgets@gardener.com to initiate the return process.
Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Customer Covers Return Shipping: We accept returns, but customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
Exchanges: If you need a different size or color, you will need to place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to process after we receive your return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace the item at no cost to you.
